Falling is just the beginning.
Learning how to read the Bible for myself gave me the greatest gift ever, a God that can actually stand up to and conquer the darkness of this life. He loves and chooses me and He loves and chooses you. When you really believe that, you can’t help but want to share it. I want to share my 2 passions with you: reading the Bible and sharing your witness testimony!
Life is all the more sweeter when we do it together. Sometimes it is a dark pit with no breeze but I know the guy who knows the way out.
A foot in two different worlds.
Hey y’all! I am born and raised Texan who now lives in the Bay Area of Northern California. So basically, it feels like I have lived in 2 different countries. I have never ended up on the track that I thought I would. I am pleased as pie to share some wisdom with y’all that has been graciously shared with me over the years. I am so glad someone told me these things and it seems best to keep passing things on.

Footnotes and Witness is primarily a podcast made from years of teaching testimony workshops and several years of bible study with sweet friends that meet online starting way back in the pandemic years. Our group discussions led to some wonderful observations that I am here to share with you. Over 10 years of giving my own testimony led me to teaching others how to write and share their testimony. I believe becoming a witness is a natural by-product of reading the Bible. Once you learn more and more about God and His character, you will be moved to share that with others.
Trusting in God and sharing your story can feel like falling. That free fall changed my life though, and it can change yours.
